Roofing Services - Celebrating 44 Years in Business

May 2013 marked its 40th year in Business, Treforest Tiling Ltd would like to express their thanks to its customers, suppliers, employees and subcontractors.

Treforest Tiling Ltd was established in 1973 by John Fell and Ron Williams and carried out work for developers, contractors, local authorities and individuals.

The company ethos has always been to provide a first class service, high quality and value for money for its customers in a framework of integrity and moral values.

Sadly John Fell passed away in December 1996 but it was his most sincere wish that the company would continue to operate with the same principles upon which it was founded with the help of Mr Greg Brett in whom he could see all the attributes which he admired.

June 2008 saw the retirement of Mrs Fell who has supported the business since her husband passing away. We all wish Mrs Fell a happy and relaxing retirement.

In recognition for his hard work, loyalty and dedication Richard Potts has now been appointed a Director of the Company. Richard will continue to oversee all the important work that our site teams carry out.

December 2010 has seen the retirement of our longest serving member of staff Roger Thomas. Roger joined us over 27 years ago after finishing working in the mines. It was soon clear that working up high on the roofs was second nature to Roger. Roger has been loyal and dedicated and all of us at TT along with the many site managers and trades who have worked with Roger over the years wish him well in his retirement.

1st July 2011 saw the retirement of Ceri Harrison as Director. She will be missed and all the staff wish her well and hope she enjoys her retirement.

After both working in the business for over 21 years Greg Brett and Richard Potts successfully completed a management buyout on 1st July 2011 and plan to grow and develop the business with the help of our staff, contractors, customers and suppliers

Having reached this significant milestone in their history the company would like to express its thanks to all that have contributed to the long lasting success and will continue to strive to be the best at what we do and to go the extra mile.

After 27 years loyal service our humble Manitou Forklift has been replaced with a new 3 tonne capacity Manitou supplied by our local dealer FTM Materials Handling Ltd.


We have now moved into our purpose built new office and yard, just 500 yards away from our old office. With a larger yard and more storage space we are able to stock larger quantities of materials to ensure we always have enough stock during busy periods. Our office has a training facility with meeting rooms.
